Our systems to give the best to our clients include
- In order to improve quality of service at workshops, we have been tracking the time at which vehicles reporting to workshops.
- We have been taking the vehicle inside the workshop for any type of service even after 6:30 pm.
- We keep a close watch on cost and time conformations given to customers on a daily basis. All job cards are opened in CRM system and we try complete the job on the same day so that the transporter’s “down time” is low.
- The percentage of repeat complaints has come down from 4.62% in Apr to 0.60 % in Oct.
- Out of the total number of vehicles we attend in our bhiwandi workshop, the percentage of vehicles sold by Bafna & Unitech has significantly gone up in the last month.
- In order to increase the revenue of workshop, we are also keeping a track of those vehicles which are more than 2 years old.
- If the customer comes to our workshop after the warranty period, it is only due to quality of service
